SMPR Forum 2024 is a sales, marketing, and PR forum for professionals at DMOs, attractions, lodging, and event facilities.

Colleagues will gather for sessions with industry experts in various interactive formats to discuss new trends, tools, and technology for improving sales efforts, marketing, and PR strategies.  SMPR Forum 2024 participants can compare notes on current issues, "Best Practices", and hear from representatives of key customer groups before they hit the show floor for STS Domestic Showcase Marketplace and Media Marketplace appointments.  Tourism professionals who are not participating in Domestic Showcase are also welcome to attend.

The purpose of the SMPR Forum is to create a forum in which key sales and marketing issues and opportunities can be assessed and discussed in a collaborative format, providing attendees with new strategies and resources for future success, and an expanded network of industry peers.

This event is open to any CVB, DMO, tourism office, attraction, lodging partner, and/or event facilities in the Southeast Tourism Society member region.
